Tracey Jackson founded Hygiene Solutions in 1999 with a clear vision: to deliver commercial washroom services that genuinely prioritise environmental responsibility—not just on paper, but in practice.
With over 30 years of personal experience in the washroom hygiene industry, Tracey understood that too many “eco-friendly” claims in the sector were vague and unverifiable. She set out to change that.
Today, Hygiene Solutions diverts 100% of the washroom waste we collect from landfill. Our partnership with Go 4 Greener in Derby means your sanitary and clinical waste is processed locally using Advetec biotechnology and converted into Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) for energy recovery—backed by full duty of care documentation, including an annual waste transfer note.
From our base at Tungsten Park in Hinckley, Leicestershire, we now serve thousands of washrooms across the Midlands and beyond, supported by a fleet of 30+ service vans and a team that takes genuine pride in what they do.
We are a local family business, and that shows in the relationships we build. Some of our customers have been with us for over 20 years — and we measure ourselves on a 95% completion rate across more than 270 tracked jobs, never using agency drivers and never letting a familiar face slip from the route.
