Tracey Jackson founded Hygiene Solutions in 1999 with a clear vision: to deliver commercial washroom services that genuinely prioritise environmental responsibility—not just on paper, but in practice.

With over 30 years of personal experience in the washroom hygiene industry, Tracey understood that the sector was built on incineration and landfill, marketed as “eco-friendly.” She set out to change that.

Today, Hygiene Solutions processes waste at the recycle level of the waste hierarchy—not the recovery (incineration) level that most competitors operate at. Our partnership with Go For Green in Derby means your sanitary and clinical waste is genuinely recycled into new products, not burned.

From our base at Tungsten Park in Hinckley, Leicestershire, we now serve thousands of washrooms across the Midlands and beyond, supported by a fleet of 30+ service vans and a team that takes genuine pride in what they do.
